This is a personal project born from my own experience: I used to draw and color these abstract pages during long meetings or lectures where I needed to listen but struggled to stay still. These coloring patterns helped me focus, self-regulate, and stay connected.
Now I’m turning them into a printable coloring book — a small toolkit for anyone who thinks better with a pen in their hand.
The project is still in progress — I’m currently finalizing the printable version, including both clean coloring pages and a few examples of how I color them myself.
